Rennie Cray (Caviezel) is a man hell-bent on avenging his wife’s death by a murderous driver. For five years he’s been driving around the country, pursuing the man responsible for the hit-and-run, looking for retribution.

James Fargo (Colm Feote) is the chilling killer whose body has been reduce to a combination of human parts; prosthetics, straps and harnesses. His 1972 Cadillac has been transformed into an extension of his own body, a killing machine that he uses to torture and taunt unsuspecting motorists.
